REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES ELECTRONICALLY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These regulations define the rules for using the website and the terms of providing services involving the generation of product descriptions using AI technology.

2.2. Services may be provided in Polish and other languages indicated in the offer (e.g. English, German).

2.3. Descriptions are created using artificial intelligence tools and then verified by an operator.

2.4. Prices for services are specified in the price list available on the website.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ORDERING SERVICES

3.1. Orders are placed via the form on the website or by email.

3.2. Payment is required for the order to be fulfilled.

3.3. The user may select a service package or order a single description.

3.4. The delivery time depends on the scope of the order and is determined individually.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1. Payments are made on the basis of an invoice or an automatic payment system.

4.2. All prices are net prices, to which VAT is added.

5. COPYRIGHT

5.1. The User is granted a non-exclusive right to use the descriptions for commercial purposes.

5.2. It is prohibited to resell, publish or make available the content to third parties for commercial purposes without the consent of the Service Provider.

6. LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS

6.1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the content meets the client's requirements, but does not guarantee its marketing effectiveness or compliance with the SEO regulations of a given platform.

6.2. Complaints may be submitted electronically to the Service Provider's email address within 7 days of receipt of the content.

6.3. Complaints are considered within 14 business days.

7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

7.1. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the provision of digital services commenced with the express consent of the consumer.

7.2. By placing an order, the User consents to the commencement of the service provision before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
